Colorful Bird Pillow Nov 2024 I am learning to balance"Embroidered designs of birds in geometric patterns that represent the nature of Guatemala and its traditional customes." This work of art was designed and hand stitched by Flora Tejaxn Chuy, member of the Sumpango embroidery group. The embroidery is done in a variety of multicolored stitches. The design is a combination of different size and types of birds on a deep indigo fabric. Beautiful on the couch or the bed.
